Wild West Gourmet is proud to be attending Jeff, the BBQ Butcher's Mexican BBQ & Wagyu Workshop! We are thrilled to offer you an unforgettable experience where you get your very own whole skirt steak, learn to trim and season ready for the best tacos you’ve tasted. Our BBQ Butcher will show you how to prep your skirt steak and our BBQ Chef will be there to provide instructions, tips and tricks for cooking. We’ll also have some delicious Mexican food and BBQ to try including beef tacos, Oaxacan chicken mole, Mexican street corn (esquites) …come hungry!!

In addition to the hands-on experience, you will also receive a butcher’s knife, goodie bag and your SKIRT STEAK to take home with you.

What you can expect:

  • Prepare your own skirt steak and have it seasoned and packed to take home to cook

  • Receive your very own butchers knife
