Get ready to dive in with your very own beef rump and learn how to remove the picanha (rump cap) and butcher your whole rump into a range of cuts to take home. The BBQ Butcher will expertly guide you through the prep process, while the BBQ Chef shares tips, tricks, and pro cooking techniques.
